At Fjällfoto Studio JN, we provide digital products only (presets, eBooks, LUTs, branding kits, actions, and courses). Since these are instantly downloadable and non-returnable items, our refund policy is limited but transparent.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if one of the following conditions applies:

  • ⚠️ Technical Issues – The file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or contains critical errors that prevent usage.
  • 🔁 Duplicate Purchase – You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
  • 📦 Wrong Product Delivery – If you received a product different from what was described or purchased.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • ❌ You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • ❌ The product does not meet subjective expectations (e.g., editing style, design preferences) but matches its description.
  • ❌ You purchased without verifying compatibility with your software (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop, Resolve, Figma).
  • ❌ You downloaded and used the product, then requested a refund without valid technical issues.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Provide your order number, product name, and a clear explanation of the issue.
  3. Our support team will review your case within 3–5 business days and respond with the outcome.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different product, you must place a new order.
