At Fjällfoto Studio JN, we provide digital products only (presets, eBooks, LUTs, branding kits, actions, and courses). Since these are instantly downloadable and non-returnable items, our refund policy is limited but transparent.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if one of the following conditions applies:
- ⚠️ Technical Issues – The file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or contains critical errors that prevent usage.
- 🔁 Duplicate Purchase – You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- 📦 Wrong Product Delivery – If you received a product different from what was described or purchased.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- ❌ You changed your mind after purchasing.
- ❌ The product does not meet subjective expectations (e.g., editing style, design preferences) but matches its description.
- ❌ You purchased without verifying compatibility with your software (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop, Resolve, Figma).
- ❌ You downloaded and used the product, then requested a refund without valid technical issues.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support within 14 days of purchase.
- Provide your order number, product name, and a clear explanation of the issue.
- Our support team will review your case within 3–5 business days and respond with the outcome.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different product, you must place a new order.
